Mr. Faulkner found a great deal on the equipment and installed my entire home security system from start to finish, including the security panel, motion detectors, door entry/exit chimes, doorbell camera, and multiple cameras around the outside of my home. He handled everything—unboxing all of the equipment, installing and mounting each device, connecting everything to my Wi-Fi, and making sure the entire system was working properly.

What really impressed me was how neat and professional he was. After drilling and installing everything, he cleaned up all of the boxes, plastic, packaging, and even the dust from the installation. Once everything was set up, he took the time to give me a full tutorial so I understood how to use the system, cameras, and features. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough.

Even after the installation, he makes himself available if you have questions or need help with anything. I highly recommend his home concierge services, especially if you want someone who can take care of the entire installation process and make sure you feel comfortable using your new security system afterward.
